English is too easy for people to learn, there are lots of resources right on front of us all to learn it easily, they want us to learn it.
1- Improve your reading by reading books, newspapers and etc
2- Improving both your listening and conversation skills by watching English movies, songs, documentaries and TV programs. This helps you to re-remember what you have forgot.
3- The more you stuck with it, the more it's better. Don't leave it for days and weeks, learn it everyday like your second compulsory language if you REALLY want.
4- Even when you feel you're %50 good at it, keep learning it unless you forgot what you know.
You'll forgot even your mother tongue as well if you leave it and don't speak in for some time.
