Where are you going to find 100 domain names for $3 each in Bulk? The average cost is $6 each at the registry? Your request does not make sense, if someone is selling their domains for $3 each they are probably banned domains from a hacker is all I can think of. Yes, you can buy one domain name for leas then $3 but the seller makes it up on up-sells to the customer. Like I do at my Cheap Domain Registration site.
