The most important key words and phrases should be placed in the beginning of the list. It is desirable to keep in 100-150 characters. The fewer the words, it is more their "weight". The closer the word to the beginning of the list, it is more its "weight". Therefore, you should avoid including in the keywords phrases and long phrases.
