Yes all members here are looking great webmasters , i am not an expert like you all , but know some basics of SEO , as i ranked many websites with genuine processes of SEO. Link wheel is a new and good technique which is result oriented also. This is my personal thinking that we should stop doing submissions on 0 PR at least. Take patience and dont panic , SEO is a time consuming process but results are great.
