In order to lose weight, you should start eating fewer calories first. Focus on healthy food, eat more vegetables and fruits. Make sure your diet is balanced. Also, it's important to be active and take supplements. I usually buy vitamins and supplements in Canadian Pharmacy. Consult a doctor to figure out which supplements you need.
