I have visited your site and it is perfectly follow all the aspects of Google guidelines. It has number of pages with detailed information about your services and expertise. The Information architechture is too impressive.
Just I can't find a blog page in your site, please add blog page and post blogs on regular basis. Don't restrict your blog to your business only make it general. And yes, never publish fully promoted content on your blog.
