Using webmaster tool you can remove all bad link from sites.

Contact the administrator of the websites that your site linked to then request the removal of the link. Disavow tool to remove those links and it will take time because Google will review the request.

If you find any bad back link of your website you can remove it by using Google disavow tool it is safe because Google provides this tool to the website owner to save the website from spamming. Or another way is available where you find the bad back links e-mail to that site request them to remove that link from the website.
