backlinkchecker.com etc.What else tools there to check the website?

You can try domain-pop.I like that tool.It shows most relevant links for that page.

There are a lot of tools available online to analyze your competitor's website for example if you want to nalayze your competitor's backlinks you can use watchback and if you want to get whole analysis then you can use visible(dot)net hope you will enjoy me answer.
