Tips for a Perfect Night's Sleep
We all know how integral a good night's sleep is. Recent research has shown that not getting the right amount of sleep can actually affect your long-term health too and cut years off your life expectancy. Why is this? The simple answer is that your body needs to rest and recover, and if it doesn't get to do this adequately then parts of your system that need repairing don't get repaired.

That is true. Recently I've started looking into things like powernapping, it really works, and essentially gives me two starts on my day

Hello. Thank you very much for posting this useful information about our sleep hours. I heard that we need to sleep about 7 hours. But as for me I cannot afford it. Recently I’m so busy. I need to do so much work. What to do in this case?

1. Eat proper food in proper timings. 2. Don't over eat at Nights. 3. Take a deep breath. 4. Close your eyes.
