Motorola to buy Psion for $200 million
Motorola Solutions Inc. MSI +2.85% said Friday it will buy U.K. company Psion Plc. UK:PON +45.04% for $200 million in cash. The deal will see Motorola pay 88 pence ($1.36) for each Psion share. Motorola shares rose 1.4% and traded at $48 each in the morning trade. Psion shares spiked 45% to 87.6 pennies a share
