Adding a URL to Google involves submitting it to Google for indexing. Here's how you can do it:
Google Search Console: If you haven't already, sign up for Google Search Console (formerly known as Google Webmaster Tools) and verify ownership of your website. This is a free tool provided by Google that allows you to monitor and manage your website's presence in Google Search. Once verified, log in to Google Search Console. In the left-hand menu, select "URL Inspection." Enter the URL you want to add to Google in the search bar at the top of the page and press "Enter" or click on "Test live URL." If the URL is not already indexed, you'll see a message indicating that the URL is not on Google. Click on "Request indexing" to submit the URL to Google for indexing. Google Search: Alternatively, you can use the "Submit URL to Google" tool. Simply go to the following URL: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url Enter the URL you want to add to Google in the text box provided. Complete the CAPTCHA verification. Click on "Submit Request." Sitemap Submission: If you have multiple URLs or want to ensure that all pages of your website are indexed, you can create a sitemap.xml file that lists all the URLs on your site. You can then submit this sitemap to Google Search Console. To submit a sitemap, go to Google Search Console, select your property, and navigate to "Sitemaps" under the "Index" section. Click on "Add/Test Sitemap" and enter the URL of your sitemap.xml file. Click on "Submit" to add your sitemap to Google. After submitting a URL or sitemap to Google, it may take some time for Google to crawl and index the content. You can monitor the indexing status and performance of your website using Google Search Console.
