first try to remove bad link manually but its not possible to remove all manually then you have to use google disarrow tool

Contact the overseer of the sites that your site connected to then demand the evacuation of the connection. Deny instrument to expel those connections and it will require investment since Google will audit the demand.

If you find any bad back link of your website you can remove it by using Google disavow tool it is safe because Google provides this tool to the website owner to save the website from spamming. Or another way is available where you find the bad back links e-mail to that site request them to remove that link from the website.

Go to Google Webmaster Tools and disavow the link. It won't actually remove the link, but it basically ignores that link from then on. Bing and Yahoo have similar tools.
