You have to increase your visitors.
To do that, you have to: 1)Have unique and nice content! 2)Put your keywords into content, friendly url, and title 3) put your content, into meta description 4)Add to Social media, directories, bookmark sites 5) Backlinks from blogs/forums to your site. 6)If got money, put google adwords.

Page rank of website is not easy today -
If you want to get page rank of website - 1_Create backlinks from article, blogs, web2.0 and forums 2_Page caching is necessary things, so bookmarks is good for webpages.
