Hyperlink & anchor text is very important in SEO. You should use your targeted keyword as your hyperlink anchor text. But remember that you should not use your keyword as it is every where. Otherwise penguin update can affect you. You should use different variations of you keyword as anchor text. If anybody else have other tips pls share.
