Now a days if you having great piece of content and if you are posting on web 2.0 submission, forum, blog posting, guest posting, blog commenting with hight PR sites definitely you will get backlink fast. but always check the page status from which you are taking backlink, OBL should not be more than 40 from that page.

The best methods to get quality back links are article submission in high PR sites and forum posting in particularly niche related high PR and aged forum sites.

i think web 2.0 and forum posting is the beast way to get qaulity backlinks it additionally if you do some social media marketing like spreading links on google plus and facebook is a bonus........

If U want quality backlinks, then do only one thing. Link Building (Reciprocal & 3-Way both).

Submit your website link in high PR and related to your subject websites, by doing this chances is to get backlinks very quickly. Find below some of point when you are submitting your website link:

1) dofollow link.
2) OBL should not be more than 40.
3) backlink for anchor text.
4) one way backlink.
