Though hidden, search engine spiders value these tidbits of code. Because of this, your META tags should be carefully crafted. Most search engines ignore meta keywords now, but do use meta description as the snippet of page content in search results.

Make your site SEO friendly. Do proper on page for your site and then do Off Page submissions on a daily basis. Have unique content in your site and do below mentioned off page submission, and you will see the increase in your website rank as well as keyword rank.

Forum Posting,
Directory Submission,
Social Bookmarking,
Classified Ads.
