OBL is an outbound link, it is link link exchange or may be link building, I am not sure..

OBL means out bound links, link going form your website or from another website to someone other websites, if you have more OBL this is not good for your website, you have to keep less OBL from your website going on other websites.

OBL stand form "Out Bound Link", it means how many links are directing towards your website which are present outside of your website. the more OBL you have the better it is.
