Why does Google takes so long for the PR updates?

In case of any business there is one certain thing that they all will want in common and that is to understand the scenario before venturing for anything. This can be done by understanding and laying stress on actually two things. First can be termed as the feature like what can the product look like or how is it going to function. This can be done by using a pyramidal structure as mentioned. The other thing is that the customers interest in the investment of the product. It has to be good enough to lure them into making the investment.
