You can identify them by Anchor text. If you don't know html, then use software do it it.

You can use nofollow extension for chrome browser. Nofollow plugin for firefox it highlights the nofollow links with red border. or use Seoprofiler and ahrefs to check your backlinks by dofollow or nofollow.

For Finding NoFollow Link, Go to website HTML Code, Find NoFollow Link, If Website having a No Follow Link, then they mark as a yellow mark. it's Show that it's No Follow Link.
