You should have to get backlinks according to your site demand , there is no hard and fast rules for getting links.

You can create as you can but my suggestion for a normal site it is no mare 40 or 50 . it is enough for a site .

It depends on you only.....I always prefer quality over quantity.....So I don't believe in fix numbers of backlinks per day....

It's not that number of backlinks that matters but no. of quality links that matters

Many backlinks are counted as spammy and quality do matters in it.

I have a new site with 0 backlinks . For PR increasing , i must have baclinks from sites with the same topic(category). Supose i can obtain 30 backlink per day, but google want "natural backlinks" . You know by your experience haw many backlinks it is good to obtain per day/month? I am thinking to obtain 1 backlink/day in the firs month ,2 links per day in second manth etc Any advice will be aprecciate.

Backlinks are very important for the website to get good traffic. backlinks should be make with daily basis.
