- Risk of getting penalty
- Unethical
- Not a long term strategy

black hat is used to get urgent rank but you know? all majour search engines ignores such types of activities.i suggest you to go for white hat technique only for your comprehensive internet marketing compaign.

not worth the penalty, if you get banned or penalized it will take time and effort to recover, using search engine friendly techniques is the way to go

yes you can have a rapid result of link development but you know? all major search engines don't like such type of activity.

it's unethical but but sometime it might be useful

It can be VERY tempting to use black hat SEO over white hat SEO techniques or to contract a non-professional SEO services because these search engine optimization strategies can temporarily "trick" a search engines to allow you to achieve fast rank, but eventually you WILL be discovered and penalized. Once you are discovered, your website is dropped from the index "indefinitely" and it is very hard to win back the trust of the search engine.
