Ranking in Google can be very frustrating. The first thing you must understand is that Google is your first customer and it is imperative that you give the search engines exactly what they want. Really forums are best way to get the ranking and also good for discussion on any topic.

Yes to get a good PR it could take you months and you can lose it in a matter of hours.

Google is able to find out the typo and will search on what it should be and will offer you the real world. You can search with that word then.
