I usually don't take any medicines, only vitamins, and supplements. I take vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, omega-3, etc. Also, I use CBD oil to strengthen the immune system. In addition, it's better to drink tea with honey as often as possible.

If you are sure that you have exactly a cold, go to bed, drink more water and hot tea with lemon. Also, I recommend taking health enhancement supplements to boost your immunity. You can easily find them. I personally buy them at the Online pharmacy.
