Inbound Links are links from other sites pointing to your site while Outbound links are links from your site pointing to the other sites.

it's better to have a lot of inbound links than outbound inbound are what gives us backlinks and traffic and outbound is where we give vote to other sites it is about vote of confidence from other site or to your site

If you are getting back link through other sites it's called inbound links and if other sites are getting back links through your site it's called inbound links.

Difference between inbound and outbound links is inbound links point to specific websites and outbound links point to websites on outer website.
