As of my work experience, None of the tools giving right keyword position. So I would recommend to go manually checking. Which will take little time but you will get right position of the keyword.

SEMrush. SEMrush is my favorite tool on this list as it is a complete solution for keyword checking. Ahrefs. Google Rank Checker. SERP's Keyword Rank checker. SEOCentro Rank Checker.
