Eat fruits, light food in the morning and... the breakfast is the most important meal of the day so it has to give you energy and it has to be consistent.

You can always go for veggies and fruits. You can have fresh orange juice and steamed fish plus mashed potato in the morning.

My best go-to breakfast.... Slightly thaw one 1/2 cups of mixed frozen berries (110cal + 5g fiber) ....dump on a Yoplait dairy product (35cal fat free/sugar free) + combine in a pair of tbsp of raw chia seeds (65cal + 9g fiber) add some stevia if the berries ar a little tart and that is breakfast!!! I do that one nearly each morning. love it!!! -

Take oats.Oats is available in market in different flavors now so don't have to worry about it's taste. Enrich your breakfast with the fruit and low calories daily products.
