SEO starts with your business idea, and in fact keeping SEO in mind just before you start your internet business could prove helpful in the long run. Once your business website is live, start developing impressive contents, focus your contents towards your potential audience, but remember to do some basic keyword research and add some important keywords naturally to your contents, especially on Titles and bullets.

Learn some basics about onpage SEO, focus more time and efforts on creating meta tags (most importantly Descriptions) yet keep your meta contents more focused on your potential audience than spamming keywords.

Later you can focus on Link Building campaign using interesting contents on various sites (related to your domain) with high domain authority, yes ignore PR, it's effectively gone.

The best start to learning about SEO is searching SEO in youtube and Google. Whoever pops up on the top of that result probably knows what they are talking about lol

If you're promoting your website, defintely make sure you're using keywords and then the next step after that will be to build your backlinks leading to your website.
