How to upload .js javascript files into wordpress website?

Hi friends,
this may be simple question but many of us don't know like me.
This is when we have no ftp access or direct server access.

Solution: we need to upload our .js files into wp media uploads then click on edit button.
There you will find file url
Just copy and paste it in the header.php file or in the required page.
