i am ready to do SEO for my website like before, link building, backlink, exchange link. But my co-worker ask me don't do that, it is useless. Then i ask him how to do SEO, he said that "the best seo is no seo!"
How to understand that word? I am really confused!

From an SEO perspective, there is no difference between the best and worst content on the Internet if it is not linkable.

2. Content Research / Keyword Research.
3. Content Words / Use Of Keywords.
4. Content Freshness.
5. Vertical Search.
6. Direct Answers.

the most import thing to do is build everything very naturally the best as possible
