"The HTTP response status code 301 Moved Permanently is used for permanent redirection, meaning current links or records using the URL that the 301 Moved Permanently response is received for should be updated to the new URL provided in the Location field of the response."

The 301 redirect has been already defined by the above people ...Can any one help me to understand how do I implement bulk 301 redirect..

Talk to your coding guy. you can have him/her input a 301 redirect on pages in order to redirect them to the correct URL, and not lose page rankings in the process.
