There are 2 types of Links which either are Do follow or Not Do follow.Its quite important for the posting on different websites blogs and Forums while submitting your post along with an anchor text and link.

No follow links are used to reduce the effectiveness of certain types of search engine spam, thereby improving the quality of search engine results.
Dofollow links allow google and all search engines to follow them and reach our website. It creates link juice and a backlink.

1.Are visitors will multiply even visitors from Google Search is reduced? If the visitor of the page dofollow dofollow more please, with visitors from Google search risk is reduced.

2.Do you need targeted traffic blog (specific) or regular traffic? If your answer is no specific need traffic (traffic that comes from search engines), then please select dofollow.

dofollow link allow google robots to follow link and reach to our website,nofollow link indicate to google robots to not to follow that link.

Usually one must opt for dofollow links. Nofollow links are also alright if they are on authoritative websites, they will surely work in terms of getting traffic to the website.

A no-follow backlink is basically a link that does not pass on the SEO benefits of the source site to the blog where the link points to. In short, no-follow links do not have any SEO value at all, and they will not add up to the link profile that search engines use to evaluate when ranking websites.
