what the main problem is we have lots backlinks and we don't know what links are causing real problem to our link profile

and disavow if not done careful can affect ranking of your website badly too , it's a advanced feature so must be done with extra care

you can use paid tool too who can keep track of all links and incase if there any potential bad backlink they keep you notify and with the help of that tool you can create disavow file

First, try to send a link removal mail to the webmaster of those website which you want to remove, if didn't get positive response from them then use webmaster tool for link removal.

If you don't want to contact webmaster then get credentials of web master tools and use that and go to appearance in google web master and find there disavow link list and you can send manual request for remove that bad link.

There is lot of method is there to remove the bad links.
1.you can try to contact the webmasters and ask them to remove the link to your website. Be polite and ask them nicely that you need a link to be deleted.
It’s very likely that some of them will ignore your email, but don’t panic, you still have two alternatives.
2. The 2nd option is to contact their hosting company, and request them to remove the link because a website they host is spamming your website. To find who is hosting their website
