Digital City Hosting - Site Owners Forums

Hi

Just wondered if anyone had had any experince with Digital City Hosting?

I took a package out with them about two months ago and have been hosting my site top100links.info on it for about a month and half without any problems.

Then on Thursday my site went down and stayed down until last night which is pretty shocking. I emailed them about four times and they still haven't got back to me, which i'm pretty annoyed about.

Has anyone else encountered similar problems?

Should I move my site to someone more reputable or stick it out and hope that it was a one off?
