Netbeans is best for Java OOP(Object Oriented Programming)and PhP. Eclipse is excellent for Android version.

Eclipse Notepad++...those editor is best for PHP.

There are many editors available for PHP development. The most famous are Zend, Yii and WordPress IDEs. You can use word press for PHP development. It is rich in plug-ins and themes. There are also many security tools available in WordPress that you can use for secure PHP web development.

The sublime text editor is the best. I never used other tools.

I go with Eclipse and Notepad++. Those are the best options for php editor.
