If you are maintaining your blog in blogger.com. Go to stats to check the all details like how many traffic you got, most audience from where?, etc

Just copy and paste your posting link in Google Search. If result is showing then it means your posting has been indexed by Google.

For the blog as it is mentioned already that you can go and check the stats options for your blogs, and it is not only for Blogger.com, but every blogging site has this facility, as though Blogger provides you more details like number of users per post, the demographic from where you get most visitors, the search engine, the application and the source from where you the visitors. This you can find in the blogger stats features.
But for more details you can add your blog to "Google Analytic", and then you can know the users behavior for your blog and the way of traffic flow, you bog's engagement and also many other useful things.

Apart from Blogger and Google Analytics, it is also useful to look up your focus keywords (used in the blog posts or pages) with SEO Serp (plugin available for Chrome browser).
This way you can monitor your progression in natural search results.

Posting Result means what do you mean, page views of that particular post or status of that page or whether it has been indexed or not in google, what you mean?
