Keyword stuffing means adding numbers of keywords to increase webpage ranking on google search engine. Its not a good practice to rank your website.

it is a black hat technique in which you stuff keywords in content, titles, descriptions and header tags. But using this technique you will get penalized in google search engine

I am always afraid of google mistaking my original website text with some text with stuffed keywords. Yes, I keep in mind to mention the keyword once in a while, but I still write original text that makes sense.
