What are the limitations of title and description tags?

There is no limitation of title and description tag, but yes its recommended that your title should be of 55 characters and description should be of 115 characters.

Hello Friends,

Title limit is 60 tp 70 characters and Description limit is 250 characters.

Title is limited to 50-60 words and Meta description is limited to 160 words in desktop version of google. For mobile version it changes to bit low length. Try to use proper keywords in all of these to get good serps

Google read only 60 characters in title and 155 characters in description of website and remaining characters are not read by Google. In youtube title has 90 to 100 characters and description has minimum 200 words is the limit.
