check through backlink watch tool and disavow the links from your site

You should use ahrefs.com or opensiteexplorer.org to check backlinks and unnatural link then contact webmaster of respective website to remove your link. disavow is the last option to remove unrelated links.

Yes you can use backlink watch, majestic SEO, backlink checker, Open site explorer tools to search your all backlinks and can remove bad links using disavow tool.
