HTML5 for desktop application development?
Is there a platform for running html5 based desktop apps? Kind of like a virtual machine but one that processes html5/css/javascript out-of-box.
What I want is to be able to run my html5 based app out of browser, in it's own window. Think just double clicking my app icon shortcut and it loads my program. I don't want the browser window showing at all, just my app. Is this possible? |
