I have lost a lot of weight this past year. Just try and cut down the amount of chocolate and junk food you eat, with regular exercise you should see it fall off. Even a mile walk each day can help.

do running for at least 30 mints per day and eat papaya as much as you can before going to bed. This routine would hardly take 1.5 month to come you body in shape.

Regularly exercise/walking/swimming . Avobid meat, only vegetable, when you hungry only fresh water. Overall you consult diet with a consultant.
