Rn, run and run
drink a lot of water don`t eat fat only fruit and boiled meet exercise little and lot of things.

dont eat junk foods, reduce your food, drink more water, run daily, eat foods that are made in wheat

I think you must be start running exercise twice in a day.
and avoid to eat to much oily and junk food.
