First I really like the icons as it helps perfectly with giving some structure to the site. Makes it also easy to navigate.
Remove the ad that comes up immediately on the bottom. And what's up with the right side with all the links? Would remove. Create some welcome slider or so and underneath then have all the icons. Then it would really nice.
