Many have suggest fruits & vegetables....fully agree. However, don't just eat salads. Cooked vegetables are also good, and in some cases better than raw food, as the process of cooking releases nutrients.

I always use to take fruit and salad. Seasonal fruits are the best diet for everyone.

Take less sugary foods, refined-grain products such as white bread, and salty snack food. Take more fresh food and vegetables.
