SEO is going to be Banned by Google?

As we know Google's imposed repeatedly Panda updates last 4 years and They still trying to make it hard for SEO's community who were involved to get their desire results by SEO. Now due to latest updates by Google it become clear that they are trying to make it as a Banned activity?

What do you think about it?
Shouldn't SEO's think to get Retirement Now?

I do not think SEO will now retire. But what will really happen is that the cream will survive and others die.

SEO doesn't get banned somehow. We just have to follow Google guidelines to promote a website on major search engines if you are doing unethical SEO against Google then it will definitely banned to that particular site.

Google will recognize SEO methods that are not spammy or brought on by black hat methods. New methods continue to be developed, and the old fashioned old way of manually building links and update on-site content will still be recognized.
