Start with your on page SEO. Do following steps
Do keyword research Competitor Analysis Content optimization Meta title and meta description description URL option Header tag optimization rich snippet Then start with off page activities

For new website firstly we need to check content is unique or not. After than we have need to optimize ON-Page Seo for all the pages. Then start building back links on high Domain Authority websites.

Introduce Google Analytics.
Set up a "Destination Goal" in Google Analytics for any "thank you" pages on your site taking after a contact shape or buy. Set up Google Webmaster Tools. Join Google Webmaster Tools with Google Analytics to get more knowledge into how clients are discovering your website naturally. Make a robots.txt document and transfer it to the root index of your site. Make a sitemap.xml document and transfer it to the root index of your site (or empower this element from inside your CMS, if accessible). Present your sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools for indexing.

First of all when you have new website on page optimization. then start doing best off page SEO. Few best off page SEO techniques are
Article submission. Video creation & submission. Web 2.0. Press release. Info-graphics creation & submission. Blog posting. Social bookmarking. Forum posting. QnA. this will help you to get high page rank on the SERP.
