Html is a good computer programming language for basic knowledge however PHP and Java are advanced languages for computers to learn.

HTML stands for Hyper Text Mark-up Language, which is used to create new websites or webpages. It's programming language that is quite easy to understand and easy to learn. Many resources available to learn this programming language.

Well I think it's the most common language to start with. Without knowing any HTML I don't think you'll get far.
