Black Hat SEO is the wrong way to doing promotion for a site so, it is also called Negative SEO. for ex: duplicate content on page.

It includes redirects, unwanted posts and creating backlinks from here and there by avoiding the guidelines and rules of a search engine and seo. It is done to force search engines to rank the websites higher and there is nothing useful included for users.
