Out Bound link means the link which is goes from your site. it's out bound links. Using more and more outbound link is useless for the site.

A link which is going away from our website to other website is generally referred as outbound link.

Inbound links are those links which are coming to our website from another website whereas outbound link are those types of links which are going to another site from our site. Inbound link is known as back links and outbound links are known as outgoing links.

Outbound links start from your site and lead to an external site, while inbound links or backlinks, come from an external site to yours. e.g. if cnn.com links to yourdomain.com, the link from cnn.com is a backlink (inbound) for yourdomain.com, however the link is an outbound link from cnn.com's perspective.

Outbound links are all links from a particular webpage that lead to other pages, including pages in the same domain. An excessive number of outbound links can damage a site's Search Engine Positioning because a Spider may perceive it as a Link Farm.
