With CSS, you also need to learn HTML,because HTML is used to describe, how the contents of the website will be displayed.
The developers need to learn HTML and CSS for creating the UI of the website but if you want to learn HTML and CSS then start with the new versions HTML 5 and CSS 3 versions. To create the system functionality, you also need to learn PHP, JAVA, Python or .NET. You can choose any language you like but You can learn PHP for developing the dynamic applications. It is easier to use and learn. You can easily create dynamic web pages with PHP language. It also has strong community support to help you in case of any issues while application development. It also has many security extensions to create a secure application like PHPID and Pixy tools. CSS is used to crate the layout of these webpages like the color of text, size of text etc. Three types of CSS: 1.In line Cascading Style Sheet. 2.External Cascading Style Sheet. 3.Internal Cascading Style Sheet. 1. External Cascading Style Sheet: In External Cascading Style Sheet, you create separate CSS file and write the CSS code in that file. 2. Internal Cascading Style Sheet: In Internal Cascading Style Sheet, You write the CSS code in the head section of HTML code. which makes it easier to apply styles likes classes to reuse the code. 3. In line Cascading Style Sheet: The Inline style is specific to the tag itself. The inline style uses the HTML "style" attribute to style a specific tag.
