do proper Keyword Research and initially choose medium competition keywords to rank high.......once you get ranked for medium competition keywords than go for high competition keywords

Do pro[er keyword research for your content then initially select keywords with high search volume and moderate competition and use those keywords in your content and try to rank for them, once you get rank for those keywords then start using high search volume keywords with high competition and try to get ranked for them.
